Be in a
jolly and spiritual mood for the week, avoid Saturdays, Sundays, Holy days, any day-time and evenings. Stop birth
control pills for at least 1 or 2 months before using this method and stop sex for at least ONE month to give
more strength to our reproductive fluids.
Our fore-fathers also used to consult a
good Astrologer for perfect date and time.
1). Start counting time when you see the blood. For example: If you see blood on Tuesday at 6 pm, your day one will start at
this time and end in 24 hours. Day 2 will start on Wednesday at 6 pm.
2). NO sex or any work during bleeding period, that usually ends after 3 to
4 days.
3) Couple should read together and completely understand the procedure as well as practic the breathing technique
couple of times before putting it in actual practice. BE SAFE during practice runs!
(1) For a baby boy: use even days: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14 only for conception ***.
Recommend: 8th to 12th day after period is better.
Wife should sleep on the LEFT side of
husband and keep facing each other during courtship
till breathing condition given below applies.
Do sex on
one or more above days only and when breathing from male’s right nose is
more active/powerful and female’s left nose is more active. It
takes 5 minutes or more of foreplay facing each other during foreplay to make
breathing more powerful. Check breathing by closing one nose to be sure.
(2)For a baby girl: use
odd days: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 or 15 only for conception. Recommend: 7th to 11th
day after period is better. Wife should sleep on the RIGHT side of husband and keep facing each other during courtship till breathing condition given below applies..
Do sex on
one or more above days only and when breathing from male’s left nose is
more active/powerful and female’s right nose is more active. It

Ayurveda
says: “intercourse for progeny should be performed only during 10th to 15th
days of period and women must watch her food, recreation etc. during
pregnancy.” Vaginal sex is not recommended for couple of months after pregnancy. Sage Pippalaad in Prashna Upanishad (Verse 1.15) says: Those who follow the
rule of the creator should produce a pair of children, a son and a daughter.
Birth Control Methods (Consult a specialist):- Implant, IUD, vasectomy, and tubal methods are 99% effective.

NOTE: In our culture
abortion-killing of fetus at any stage is a sin punished by universal karmic
laws. Thus by using this method and sharing with others you consent that you
will accept whatever gift you get by the Lord of the Universe. Nobody can
change your fate. The method is ancient and time tested if done exactly as
stated above. I had overheard this method, in a crude and incomplete form as highlighted *** above,
from my grandma. Now I feel the short version may not work well, except per
chance. And the method will be blamed for the failure!!.
